The challenge will commence on 1 August and run for 31 days.Â
This
year we will run 2 challenges simultaneously to ensure that everyone can take
part while challenging our marathon walkers a bit more. You decide which challenge you would like to
take on:

<!--[endif]-->60k your way – aims for entrants to complete 60km walking, jogging,
swimming or cycling during August.Â
Participants can choose an alternative such as sit-ups, squats or other
tailored exercises with the required number of 133 exercises to be completed
each day.

<!--[endif]-->10k a day – aimed at staff you would like a bit more of a
challenge. The aim would be to walk a
minimum of 10,000 steps each day in August – that’s a whopping 310,000 steps
and 248kms!
