I am hosting a fundraiser to Make March Purple for epilepsy

Every 33 minutes a life is turned upside down by epilepsy.

At 5 months old Adelyn had her first seizure and as young parents who loves Addy more than anything in the world our life was turned up side down. We were lost and felt hopeless, and at 6 months old she diagnosed with Epilepsy 💜. Addy is truly our everything and all we want is for her to be happy, healthy and to grow into a beautiful joyful women. It was the unknown that was the hardest thing and many nights I spent laying beside her sleepless researching and studying to help support her the best I could. 

We’re so lucky to have the incredible doctors, nurses and staff at Queensland Children’s Hospital and amazing organisations like Epilepsy Queensland that helped us understand what was going on and supported us along The way. 

Adelyn I promise to always be by your side, to protect you, to love you unconditionally and guide you along life’s amazing adventures because you deserve every chance that comes your way. I wouldn’t change a single thing about you and I am so proud of the little human you are becoming. You’re my everything. 

So I am raising funds for Epilepsy Queensland to ensure the epilepsy helpline can continue to answer every call for help.
